This recipe gathering event was certainly a lot of fun and once again showed what an important element teamwork is in the Mrs. Sporty community. This project also motivated members to exchange tips and facts related to the topics of exercise and cooking. 

Next to exercise, healthy eating is the second part of the Mrs.Sporty Philosophy. Therefore, the personal sports club is excited about the success of this project which allowed members and franchise partners to turn in their creative and healthy cooking recipes. 

1. Drain the cherries in a strainer and collect the juice. Wash the oranges under hot water, and make sure to dry off the skin very well. Cut the oranges into two and squeeze out the juice. 

A spicy appetizer with shrimp and rice. We recommend serving it with a glass of "Schiersteiner" wine.
