A former Mrs. Sporty member opened her own two clubs in Berlin and along with it has turned her hobby into a job.

Angelika Poch (46) would daily pass by a Mrs. Sporty Club in Berlin-Lichterade that was about to open. The banner read: Achieve your goals in only 30 minutes, 2-3 times a week!

„How does that work?", Mrs. Poch asked herself. "That's not enough time to even break a sweat..." She became really curious and started counting down the days till the opening of the fitness club.

What really perplexed her, yet also fascinated her was the Mrs. Sporty-Concept. "That a woman can achieve such great fitness results within a short time, and on top of that does not have to plan her workouts in advance!"
