You are working out in a small circular layout in which the personal trainer always stands in the middle, ready to assist and help you at any time. The Mrs.Sporty Circle Equipment
Fast – simple – personally adjusted
In our exercise circle there are always eight machines, each with a distinct purpose. All machines are high technology hydraulic equipment that automatically adjusts to the fitness level of the person exercising on them. The machines are quick and easy to adjust. This decreases the time loss and ensures that your body is constantly in motion. With the exception of the Squat exercise, all other exercises are done in a sitting position. This makes it a lot easier to control you movements while exercising, thus leading to better results.
Adjust the difficulty level to your personal needs
The difficulty level on the hydraulic machines is regulated by adjusting a screw on each machine. Each machine is set to a default difficulty level. Consequently the person exercising automatically determines the difficulty of the workout. The faster you move your arms on the machines, the more difficult and intense the exercise will become. If, however yosu would like to reduce the resistance level then proceed to exercise on each machine at a slower pace and consequently it will automatically adjust. The automatic adjustment of the difficulty level on the machines allows you to consistently increase your resistance level as your overall physical form improves.
