Sport should not be a luxury. Only three 30 minute workouts a week are enough to improve your overall wellbeing and self- confidence. The core of the Mrs.Sporty workout is based on a thirty minute workout circle that has been customized to the needs of women. The Mrs.Sporty workout was developed in cooperation with the Institute for Prevention and Aftercare in Cologne. The program's uniqueness lies in its ability to effectively work on all muscle groups, as well as cardio and resistance in the limited time span of 30 minutes.
Customized
Regardless of their age or physical activity level, Mrs.Sporty offers women the chance to spend time in a friendly atmosphere in which they can reduce their body fat, build muscle, and improve their posture. A mere two to three workouts a week will have a positive effect on the body and health of a member. Working out with other women who share the same challenges and personal trainers who offer continuous supports contributes to an increase in motivation. The coach potato within you stands no chance of survival.
